PRIVATE RESIDENCE IN OLD FORT BAY | Nassau, Bahamas

We designed a gazebo, sun deck, and boat dock as an addition this waterfront home. Considering the view from the house and the way decks are used, we terraced the decks so that no railing was needed at the upper level, and the lower level still had room for chaise lounges.
